The Orange Handpainted Vase

In my previous post (a very long time ago) I showed a vase I was asked to paint.  You can click here hand-painted-glass-vase.   I've been extremely busy, then it's been hot, which means I got good and lazy.  Although I had completed the other vase I never got around to posting it.

Anyways I was browsing through my blog and decided better late than never  :-)

Hand Painted Glass Vase

It's been awhile since I last posted, but studies are finally over and I'm back in the grove for painting.  Here I just want to show off a vase I was asked to paint.

It started as two plain simple glass vases (oops, you can see where I started painting before snapping a "before" pic).

She wanted "bright" colors - something too pop - colors similar to this!

Here's one of the vases I completed

And here's the finish product

I'll show off the other vase next week.  So, what do you think?  Do the colors pop?
